Superbill Design: Design of superbills and other forms for streamlining the billing process
Insurance Billing: Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary - whenever possible, we file your claims electronically for rapid reimbursement; we ensure contracted payors reimburse you at the agreed-upon rates
Claims Follow-up: Monitoring of claims for prompt payment by carriers and follow-up on claims not responded to in a timely manner; all rejections are analyzed for appropriateness and appealed for reconsideration whenever possible
Patient Billing: Multiple patient statements are sent and followed up on for deductibles, coinsurance, and self-pay accounts; non-responsive accounts can be sent to outside collection at your discretion; all patient calls with billing questions are handled by us on our toll-free lines
Payment Posting: All insurance and patient payments are promptly posted so you always know the status of patient accounts
Reports: Numerous reports are available; we help you determine which are most helpful to your practice
Coding Oversight: We stay abreast of CPT, ICD9, and HCPCS code regulations and changes to help you select the most appropriate codes (full coding service is also available, if needed, at additional cost - see optional services)
Regulatory Requirements: We advise physicians regarding any changes in HCFA requirements, CPT, and ICD-9 coding to achieve claim compliance for optimal reimbursement
Fee Schedules: Review and analysis of your fee schedules to ensure you are billing at the appropriate levels to maximize profitability and remain consistent with your peers
